Dr Hyun Sun Park

Dr Hyun Sun Park is our recent addition to the Smileco team. She prefers to be call Dr Sun by her patients which matches her sunny disposition. Sun graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. During her time at studying, Sun demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, earning recognition through several prestigious awards, including the South Australian Dental Service Prize, the Sir Joseph Verco Memorial Prize, and the Australian Dental Association Prize upon graduation. These accolades reflect her commitment to delivering high-quality dental care. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Sun embarked on a rural placement in Whyalla, where she practiced general dentistry and served the oral health needs of individuals in underserved areas. Sun understands that every patient is unique, and your oral health needs may vary. In addition to English, Sun is fluent in Korean, which allows her to provide personalised care to our Korean-speaking patients.
