Will graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University in 2014. While gaining experience in private practice, he spent 10 years with the West Coast Eagles, including involvement with the 2018 AFL Premiership team. Will joined GMHBA in 2024, focusing on managing persistent pain, recovery after surgery, and promoting active living. Areas of interest: Persistent pain management Post-operative recovery plans Encouraging active lifestyles Outside of work, Will enjoys staying active and exploring Victoria.

James earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne in 1996. With experience across Victoria and internationally with the British Forces and the Irish Olympic Team, he now works at GMHBA, focusing on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation. James is a member of the GMHBA Clinical Advisory Forum. He incorporates dry needling into his practice. Areas of interest: Musculoskeletal physiotherapy Post-operative rehabilitation Sports injury rehabilitation James enjoys spending time with family, playing social sports, and exploring the local coastline.

Aditi graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Guru Nanak Dev University in 2021 and is a skilled physiotherapist with over three years of experience in domestic and international private and public practice. Aditi is committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient care and provides tailored recovery treatments enabling patients to restore, maintain and rehabilitate physical movement. Areas of interest: Persistent neck and back pain management Parkinson’s disease Cervical radiculopathy Outside of work, Aditi enjoys participating in sports, while spending time with her family exploring Victoria. Aditi speaks English and Hindi.

Nathan graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2013. His work includes helping older clients manage chronic pain and stay mobile, as well as working with local football teams. Nathan has also volunteered as a physiotherapist in Vietnam and is certified in early intervention with WorkCover and TAC. Areas of interest: Clinical Pilates Acute rehabilitation Chronic condition management Nathan stays active with football, basketball, surfing, and running marathons.

Jack graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice and a Bachelor of Applied Science from La Trobe University in 2021, following a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University in 2013. Jack holds additional qualifications in dry needling, strength and conditioning, and Pilates. Areas of interest: Return to sport/work Pre/post-surgical rehabilitation Tendon pain/tendinopathy Rotator cuff shoulder pain Patellofemoral pain syndrome When not at work, Jack enjoys tennis, working out at his home gym, and joining local parkruns. He’s also a fan of sci-fi movies and video games.

Dr Mashal Jamil graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the Sharif Medical and Dental College, Pakistan, in 2013 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2024. Dr Mashal worked at University Hospital Geelong for 2.5 years before transitioning to rural general practice. Area of interest: Women’s health Outside of work, Dr Mashal enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling.

Nico began his physiotherapy career in the Philippines completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of the City of Manila (2014) before joining the medical team for the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. He moved to Australia in 2018, working in Broken Hill across musculoskeletal, sports rehabilitation, aged care, NDIS and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) treatments. Nico is dedicated to evidence-based management to help patients lead a balanced life. Areas of interest: Spine, hip and knee rehabilitation Empowering patients to lead a balanced lifestyle Certified GLA:D Specialist Nico enjoys staying active with basketball, footy, and tennis, and loves family outings around Geelong. Nico speaks English and Filipino.
