Shruti graduated from the University of South Australia with a Master's in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, having previously completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India.
Her clinical experience encompasses a diverse caseload, having worked in both public and private health sectors both locally and internationally. She has a particular interest in treating conditions related to vertigo, jaw, knee, and shoulder disorders.
Shruti employs a range of treatment methods, including manual therapy, taping, motor control training, clinical Pilates, dry needling, and exercise prescription, to provide holistic rehabilitation for her clients on their journey to recovery.
She takes a biopsychosocial and collaborative approach, empowering clients to take control of their health and well-being.
Outside of work, Shruti enjoys canvas painting, exploring Victoria, watching sci-fi movies, and practicing Pilates to maintain her fitness.
