Dr Mustafa graduated dental school with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Master in Dentistry degree from Griffith University in Queensland. During his study, he received 3 awards in academic excellence, and the Dean's commendation upon graduation. He gained extensive experience working in QLD, prior to joining the A1 team in January 2020.
Patients appreciate his gentle manner and the dedicated time he spends in ensuring they make an informed decision for their oral health.
Dr Mustafa believes in preventative and evidence-based care for his patients. He is an active member of the ADA (Australian Dental
Association) and regularly attends continuing professional development courses to stay updated on recent advancements in dentistry. His interests are crown and bridge work, root canal treatment, and kids dentistry - his Masters research focused on managing dental behaviour in mildly
apprehensive children using interactive visual cards.
Outside of dentistry, he is an avid sports enthusiast - he particularly likes cricket and soccer. He also captained Griffith University in table tennis at the annual Australian University Games. He enjoys spending time with family and eating out at restaurants.
