Albert has made a significant contribution to the development of the AAA orthodontic philosophy in 2008. He has been a clinical tutor in the accreditation program for AAA since 2008. Since 2014, Albert has been teaching the Invisalign accreditation course and other aligner systems such as TrioClear to GP dentists in Australia and New Zealand. Albert has also given multiple lectures and webinars to dentists in Australia and New Zealand about Guided Implant placement, restoring implants and materials for crowns, bridges and veneers.

Tom provides comprehensive dental care and is dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. He takes particular care to reassure patients experiencing dental pain or emergencies, ensuring they feel at ease and well supported during their visit.

David Penn is a highly respected educator and dental innovator, internationally recognised for his leadership in aesthetic orthodontics, facial aesthetics, and biocompatible clinical design. A graduate of the University of Sydney, David undertook advanced aesthetic training in the United States before founding Southern Cross Dental Laboratories, which grew to become one of the world's leading dental laboratories. Throughout his distinguished career, David has trained more than 4,000 dentists worldwide and established Australia's first accredited postgraduate program in Aesthetic Orthodontics through the PostGraduate School of Dentistry. He is also the inventor of numerous widely used dental devices and systems, including Munchies®, Munchies Vibe®, Penn Composite Stent, Atlas and Infinity orthodontic retention systems, and a range of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) appliances. At Penn-Sharp Dental, Dr Penn combines clinical precision, artistic expertise, and a strong focus on systemic health to deliver treatments that are both biologically harmonious and aesthetically refined. His contributions to dentistry and innovation have earned international recognition, including being named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Services Division.
