Dr Vivien Chai

Dr. Vivien Chai, from Malaysia, completed her dental training at the University of Adelaide. She brings over 14 years of experience in general dentistry and is known for her gentle and caring approach. Patients appreciate her ability to make them feel truly listened to and comfortable throughout their treatment. Dr. Chai’s expertise spans full-scope general dentistry, including restorative and preventive care, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontic aligners, and guided implant placement. She is also particularly skilled in supporting patients with dental anxiety, ensuring every visit is calm and reassuring. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Chai has a love for music, especially playing the piano and classical repertoire. She enjoys spending time with her groodle and has a passion for languages, speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, and some Japanese. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Chai loves exploring new hiking trails, experimenting in the kitchen, and unwinding with a good book. She also values quality time with Felix, her cherished companion, and strives to maintain a balanced and mindful lifestyle.
