Dr Amir Toroghi

Dr. Amir Toroghi is the founder and principal dentist at Relax Dental and Facial Care in Blackburn North. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2006 in Tehran, Iran. Early in his career, Dr. Amir gained extensive experience working in the public health sector, running his own private clinic, and handling emergency and trauma cases during night shifts. After moving to Australia, he worked at the Royal Dental Hospital and LaTrobe Community Health Service before establishing Relax Dental Care in 2013. His approach is centred on preventive care and patient education, aiming to reduce the need for invasive procedures by addressing oral health issues early. He is committed to clear communication, ensuring that every patient fully understands their diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Amir also provides advanced facial aesthetic treatments. He has completed multiple training programs in the USA and Australia, focusing on non-surgical cosmetic procedures. He holds a Fellowship with the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics and a Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
