Dr. Chris Choi is a skilled dentist with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Melbourne. He has a wealth of experience, having practiced in Bunbury, Western Australia, where he provided care to a diverse community. Chris specializes in all areas of general dentistry, including surgical extractions, clear aligner therapy, pediatric care, cosmetic treatments, and supporting anxious patients through nitrous sedation. He is also well-versed in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and handling complex cases that require meticulous attention to detail. Graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) Simon enjoys treating patients in all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in root canal treatments. He values a holistic approach in dentistry whereby providing dental treatments not only to address immediate dental problems at hand but more importantly on preventative measures to improve one’s overall oral health. Before dental school and pursuing dentistry in Australia, Simon graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with an Honours Bachelor of Science (H.B.Sc.) undergraduate degree in Life Science double majoring in Biology and Environmental health. Simon strives to provide quality dental work in a friendly and comfortable environment. He enjoys going to continuous professional development programs in various dental specialties (including root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics) and hence has been frequently updating and expanding his dental knowledge. He is a certified Invisalign provider. Simon speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese dialects. Simon believes when he puts his heart into something he enjoys doing, which is dentistry and why he got into this profession in the first place, he can make an incremental difference for his patients to have a brighter smile!

Dr Melanie Hew brings a modern, personalized approach to dental care. A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, she has completed the ITI Implantology Beginner Course and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics. With a special interest in orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and prosthodontics, Melanie is committed to offering holistic solutions for her patients, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to achieve both functional and aesthetic goals. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of dental advancements allows her to provide the highest standard of care, from young children to adult patients seeking restorative or cosmetic treatments. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia, Melanie is able to communicate effectively with patients from various cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and sharing her creations with loved ones. She continuously strives for balance in her personal and professional life and is passionate about making a difference in her patients' lives, one smile at a time.

Dr. Edwin Lim graduated with a Master of Dentistry from La Trobe University in Bendigo, with placements working with diverse populations throughout regional Victoria. He has now moved back to Melbourne, well-equipped to serve a familiar community. With a focus on preventive dentistry, Dr Edwin has a passion for all aspects and procedures of dentistry and is committed to further developing his repertoire of skills. Recognising the significance of a patient-centric approach, Dr. Edwin prioritises communication and empathy. Dr Edwin bases his treatment principles on patient comfort, compassion, transparent communication, along with active involvement and participation in creating a treatment plan tailored to the patient. He understands that each patient comes from different walks of life, and is excited to accompany all patients on their journey to achieving oral health. Dr Edwin is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. When Edwin is not working away in the clinic, he is playing piano, keeping fit at the gym or playing with his dogs Kobe and Kemba.
