Dr Raymond Au

Dr Raymond grew up in Melbourne and graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters in Dentistry. Before joining Dentiplex, he spent many years working in private and public practices within both Melbourne and rural Victoria. Becoming a dentist has always been a dream of his from a young age. Dentistry melds together his interests in helping others, building long-term rapport with families and problem solving cases of varying complexities on a daily basis. With so many specialties to explore within the profession and the limitless opportunities for growth, Dr Raymond knew it was something he wanted to be a part of. Dr Raymond is passionate about many areas of dentistry with a particular interest in paediatric, preventative and family dentistry. He loves being able to help his patients learn more about their oral health. His calm and relaxing approach to dentistry puts anxious patients at ease. Dr Raymond strives to make each and every dental visit an enjoyable one because visiting the dentist shouldn't be a daunting experience. Outside the practice, Dr Raymond enjoys travelling, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends. He is also fluent in Vietnamese.
