Dr Chandrashekar Siddappa graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and has been practicing dentistry since 2000. He has been at Beaufort Street Dental Centre since late 2019. A combination of art and science, dentistry for Dr Shekar is about working with hands, helping people, being creative, and being a leader. Helping Patients Smile Brighter.
Since his childhood, Dr Shekar has been fascinated with a smile. “I always wanted to see people happy and loved to bring a smile to their faces.” He enjoys connecting with his patients since he can relate to those from diverse backgrounds and different age groups. “My commitment to the art of dental excellence has always inspired me to achieve the highest levels of clinical success for my patients. I enjoy working with them to ensure their optimal dental health and satisfaction along with helping them maintain their teeth for life.”
While enjoying all aspects of being a dentist, Dr Shekar has a special interest in prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. “I constantly work to improve myself and my abilities with continuing professional development courses. They aid me in keeping me up to date with current trends in the latest treatments and procedures.” He is a certified Invisalign® provider and finds it highly interesting. Dr Shekar is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
Dr Shekar also stays busy outside the practice by spending time with his family, reading about current affairs and watching movies. He is also associated with a local community group which spreads noble thoughts like “Work is Worship” and “Humanitarianism.”
