Dr. Heather

Hello, I'm Heather, one of the dentists at Jindalee Family Dental! Caring for my patient's health and wellbeing has always been my focus. I consider the person as a whole and not just a tooth. As a result, I practice minimally invasive and empathetic dentistry, with particular emphasis on children and anxious adults. My flair for aesthetics and cosmetics, combined with my attention to detail and technical excellence, has created many wonderful smiles. In fact, I was one of the original dentists in Australia to use the Zoom! in-surgery teeth whitening system. I graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney, being awarded both the Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery prizes in my final year. Initially, I worked in the public dental system both in Sydney and rural NSW. This included working in my home town of Cowra, on the travelling dental train. I am a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Eastern Suburbs Dental Group and the Australia and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry.
