Dr Christopher H Cunningham is a general dentist with 25 years of clinical working experience. Obtaining his dental degree and post graduate diploma in Implantology from Tygerberg, Stellenbosch, in South Africa. Then moving to beautiful, sunny Perth in 2010 with his wife. Christopher enjoys and has had years of experience of helping and putting smiles back on peoples faces, both young and old. Helping children feel comfortable at their first dental visit, and having a more “prevention is better than cure” approach to his dental work, to seeing older patients who might need more extensive work or maintaining that smile and ability to function as best possible.

Dr Eden Ferris is a gentle and caring general dentist at Gentle Dental Centre in Wanneroo who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a calm and supportive environment. She is especially committed to helping anxious patients feel comfortable, taking the time to explain treatment options clearly so they feel informed and in control of their dental care. Dr Eden believes in conservative, ethical dentistry that prioritises long-term oral health and personalised treatment for every patient. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, root canal treatment, gentle tooth extractions, oral surgery, and cosmetic treatments including veneers. Having worked in both community and regional practices, Dr Eden brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to caring for patients of all ages. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and providing modern, evidence-based dental care. Outside the clinic, Dr Eden enjoys exploring new cafés, spending time outdoors, and bringing her calm, positive energy to every patient she meets.

Genevieve is our big personality, she is gentle, caring and very down to Earth. She has a holistic approach to treatment, really interested in you as a whole person. Gen loves a chat and we joke that she should could be double qualified as a therapist as you will feel completely understood and cared for within her room. Gen is not only a lovely and bubbly person, she is a great dentist. Gen graduated with honours from UWA in 1998, receiving the Wyn Needham Memorial Prize as most outstanding student! In addition to that, she also collected prizes for the most outstanding student in clinical dentistry, preventive dentistry, oral surgery and paediatric dentistry. Gen enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly interested in cosmetic, restorative and preventive dentistry. Our amazing principal dentist Dr Sherry Wong graduated from UWA in 2008. She is a country girl from Australind (20 mins north of Bunbury) so as soon as she graduated, she moved up north to Karratha to gain a wide range of experience as a country dentist. This meant that Sherry finely attuned her skills very quickly, with the ability to diagnose and treat a very broad range of dental situations. She is an expert in all fields of dentistry, but if there is one speciality she is especially good at, it’s extracting even the trickiest of teeth – and you won’t even feel a thing! Sherry also loves seeing kids for a positive dental experience because she knows that great oral health starts when you’re young. Sherry promises to be as patient, kind, and gentle as possible with your treatment, whilst completing her work at an exceptionally high standard. She is very qualified in dealing with nervous patients – we try to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and we offer nitrous oxide to patients who request it. Sherry believes that honesty and great communication are key to a good dentist–patient relationship. All aspects of treatment are explained thoroughly and without judgement. Dr Yasmita studied dentistry at The University of Western Australia and then gained a wide range of experience across all aspects of dentistry working rurally in the Goldfields prior to returning to Perth. She is focused on delivering high quality dental treatment and really takes the time to understand individual patient needs and long-term goals. She also loves learning and keeps up to date with new advances in the dental field through continual professional development. Dr Yasmita endeavours to make each appointment a pleasant one for your whole family. She believes a healthy smile can light up a room and she is passionate about spreading the smile. Her super sweet nature and serene demeanour will calm you instantly. Dr Yasmita’s favourite aspects of dentistry are preventive and fixed prosthodontics (crowns reconstructing broken down and missing teeth). She likes to take the time to talk to her patients to diagnose the cause of dental issues, so she will often book in a bit longer with you to discuss preventive measures. Dr Yasmita is also great with children and has great fun introducing them to the dentist and making treatment a breeze. Giggles can often be heard from her rooms! We also offer nitrous oxide to patients who request it.
