As a child, Dr Silas was drawn to biology and knew from an early age that health care was where he wanted to further his studies. He loves bringing a smile to someone’s face. Whether it’s relieving a patient from a toothache or helping a patient smile with confidence, Dr Silas loves helping others. He prides himself on the quality of his work and handling the comfort of his patients throughout dental procedures. Dentistry is a career that requires lifelong learning and Dr Silas goes above and beyond to ensure that he is continually upgrading his skills. He takes professional development courses two to three times a year because he wants to give his patients the very best in dental care. Dr Silas has taken courses in restorative, adhesive and CEREC (same-day ceramic restorations) dentistry. Dr Silas Prashant graduated in India with his BDS in 2001. Looking for a better balance between work and family, he relocated to Australia and took the Australian Dental Council Examination. Dr Silas has been a member of the Australian Dental Association since 2007. When he’s not at First Impressions Dental he is helping patients at our Cedric Street Dental sister site.

Dr Preetinder Sidhu is a highly experienced and compassionate dentist with over a decade of clinical expertise across all areas of dentistry. Based in Australia, Dr Sidhu is known for providing comprehensive, patient-focused care, blending advanced techniques with a gentle and reassuring approach. Dr Sidhu focuses on general dentistry, complex surgical extractions, dental implants, and clear aligner therapy. She handles everything from routine check-ups and full-mouth rehabilitations to dentures and smile transformations with clear aligners—always aiming to help patients achieve optimal oral health and confident smiles. She values honesty, clear communication, and teamwork, and takes pride in building long-term relationships with her patients. Beyond the clinic, Dr Sidhu enjoys travelling, creating meaningful memories, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Dr Sidhu speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi. We’re proud to have her on our team.

Dr Kristianna graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She is passionate about patient education and is keen to journey with patients as they navigate through their oral health. She’s a compassionate and gentle dentist who aims to put you at ease throughout your treatment! Outside dentistry, Kristianna is also a foodie who enjoys trying and experimenting with food from all cultures!

Dr Roland Chia graduated from Newcastle Dental School, University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. He is a registered dental practioner in United Kingdom, Malaysia and Australia. With more than 30 years of dental experience in general dentistry, he has developed particular interest in dental surgical extractions, halitosis management, dental implantology and aligners therapy. He is also multilingual, able to communicate in Chinese, Mandarin, Hakka, Malay and Indonesian. Dr Chia looks forward to serving the community in which he practises.

Dr Neha is a friendly dentist who graduated in 2019 from Fiji and has successfully completed the Australian Dental Council examination. She brings a warm and personable approach to dentistry. Patient comfort is always a top priority, and she values taking the time to build trusting relationships with her patients. Rather than simply treating the problem at hand, she believes in taking a holistic approach to oral health, considering each patient’s individual needs, goals and overall wellbeing to provide personalised and thoughtful care. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, a warm cup of tea and taking time to catch a beautiful sunset.
