Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Dr. Sahib Rekhi completed his Bachelor of Science at Western University. He then moved to Sydney, Australia to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney. Growing up around family and friends in the dental field led Dr. Rekhi to join the field, with an interest in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry. Some of his hobbies include snowboarding, motorsport, and going to the gym. Dr. Rekhi strives to provide high-quality and caring dental services to the patients of Winthrop, and he looks forward to seeing you at your next visit!

Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science Degree in 2001 at the University of Western Australia. She also has a Diploma of Applied Science. Diana initially worked in the country town of Northam for a year. She has now worked as an associate dentist at TLC Winthrop Dental Clinic since 2002. Diana has a genuine rapport with her patients, providing the whole family’s dental requirements in a caring approach. Diana is interested and offers treatment for all aspects of dentistry including preventative, restorative, cosmetic, veneers, crowns, implant crowns, bridges, rotary root canal treatments, teeth whitening and bruxism (grinding). Diana regularly attends courses to further her knowledge and skills, enabling her to offer patients the latest developments available. Diana enjoys photographing wildlife in her spare time.

Cherie entered dentistry in 2001 as a dental nurse, then graduated as a dental hygienist in 2003 at Curtin University. Cherie is a highly-skilled and experienced hygienist who has a particular interest in periodontal therapy. Her passion for high quality service and building relationships with her patients is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her job. Outside of the clinic Cherie enjoys exploring her culinary skills and is always trying new recipes. She likes to keep active, loves the beach and spending time outdoors with her children.

Born and raised in Perth, Ian graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1983. After working in a suburban government dental clinic for a year, Ian moved to the United Kingdom to live and work for four years. Whilst working in private practice, Ian completed a certificate from the Society of Advanced Anaesthesia in Dentistry. Upon returning to Perth, Ian established TLC Dental with Dr Charles Love, and they have grown from one location to multiple sites, offering an extensive range of services. Continuous professional development has been a constant in Ian’s career. Oral rehabilitation to replace missing teeth and improving the function and appearance of existing teeth are of particular interest. Consequently, Ian has developed advanced skills and knowledge in Implantology, Porcelain Veneers, Crown and Bridgework. In recent years, Ian has done further training in the understanding and treatment of Sleep Apnoea and Snoring and the consequences of these conditions to overall health and well being. Volunteer Dentistry in Northern Australia and overseas have been recent additions to Ian’s accomplishments. In Ian’s personal life, family is a strong focus, with two now adult children whom have both been subjected to their father’s enthusiastic coaching of junior sport, which continues today with armchair coaching of the Fremantle Dockers. Ian has participated in a variety of sporting endeavours over the years and is currently very enthusiastic at playing questionable golf.
