Jonathan Hart is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, with 20 years' experience supporting clients through a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists (CoSEP), and holds training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Committed to collaborative, evidence-based care, Jon tailors each session to the person in front of him, drawing on the therapeutic approach best suited to their needs, goals and circumstances, rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Jon's approach is trauma-informed, client-centred and neurodivergent-friendly, with experience creating a culturally safe space for every client. With a focus on building a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship, Jon helps clients develop practical strategies and a more compassionate understanding of themselves, so they can move through life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
