Dr Alexander Browne is a UK-trained General Practitioner who completed his medical degree at St George's University of London in 2018. He attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2024, alongside a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and a Postgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care from Cardiff University.
With eight years of clinical experience across general practice, emergency medicine, paediatrics, rehabilitation, and general internal medicine, Dr Browne brings a broad and grounded perspective to primary care. His training included over two years of dedicated experience in care of the elderly and rehabilitation medicine, and he currently co-leads a practice frailty register. He also has experience in clinical audit, quality improvement, and digital health systems.
Dr Browne has a particular interest in chronic disease management and multi-morbidity, with a focus on proactive wellness and early cardiovascular risk modification. He also has an interest in men's health and urinary issues for patients of all genders. His approach is evidence-based and patient-centred: he takes time to listen, understand individual circumstances, and work collaboratively with patients to develop practical, forward-looking care plans.
