As an Exercise Physiologist, I believe it is our role to empower people to effectively manage their own health through the use of exercise as medicine. Jack graduated from the University of Queensland at the beginning of 2021 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) after completing his final clinical placement at Bodytrack. He has been working on the Sunshine Coast in private practice for the last 3 years, gaining experience working with a highly variable caseload. Without realising, my passion and love for exercise and fascination with human movement started from a young age and with that came exploring what the human body is capable of. With a heavy background in team sports and exercise I value sharing my knowledge and experiences with my clients. The goal is to help enhance their quality of life and strive for a positive relationship with exercise to assist in management of their conditions. I hope my positive approach and outlook on the importance of exercise for the human body is contagious for all those I get the privilege of working with. I knew I always wanted to be a part of the health industry but wasn’t sure how I was able to positively influence others through exercise until I went back to university to study an EP degree. Being new in the field, I am eager to deepen my knowledge across all pathologies and conditions, to continue to deliver the most professional service I can. As a practitioner I will be on the sideline throughout your health journey and the time you spend with me, and ensure you feel at your fittest and strongest to tackle anything life has instore.
