Lim grew up in Malaysia until he was 20, before doing his Bachelor of Science in Optometry in Cardiff University, Wales (UK). He graduated in 2008. and completed his pre-registration as a fully qualified optometrist in the UK in 2010. He then migrated to Australia to be closer to family and be part of the Australian lifestyle, which he greatly enjoys!
