Born and raised in North Sydney, Kevin—better known as Kev—joined our team in March 2025. As our newest optometrist, he brings with him a keen clinical interest in diagnosing and managing dry eye and other ocular diseases. Kev has a natural way of connecting with our long-standing patients, always taking time to enjoy a good story during consultations. Outside the practice, you’ll still find him chatting up a storm—whether he’s frog spotting, at church, or, as a proud Penrith Panthers supporter, discussing all things footy.

Amy is our contact lens expert and does all our Ortho-K and Custom lens fittings. She holds a Bachelor of Vision Science degree and a Master of Optometry, both with distinction, and has been with us since 2020. Amy is Dubbo’s only CASA credentialled optometrist, providing eye exams for commercial pilots, as well as leading the practice in our management of dry eyes, myopia progression and keratoconus. Outside of work Amy likes to cycle around Dubbo and exercise with friends. On the weekends she is a regular at Parkrun. She loves food and enjoys nothing more than trying a new café or a new recipe.

A Dubbo local and a proud partner of Burgun and Williams, Josh comes to us with 15 years’ of valuable experience as an optometrist in our community. Josh values the importance of tailored vision solutions to meet his patient’s needs, his clinical knowledge branching into the fields of children’s vison and occular disease. A father to 2 gorgeous kids, if he’s not at work you’ll find him on the cricket pitch or supporting his favourite NRL team.

Tony grew up in Tumbarumba, in the Snowy Mountains. He arrived in Dubbo in 1986 and, seeing the need, set up his own practice in 1990. From humble beginnings, where the first filing cabinet was the size of a kitchen draw, the practice now has over 30,000 patients on file. The one thing that gets Tony out of bed in the morning is the love of seeing his patients every day.
