Terence graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2014 and has spent his career working in boutique practices. He is dedicated to delivering the highest level of clinical care to all of his patients while making them look and feel comfortable with fashionable eyewear. With a special interest in myopia control, he can prescribe Atropine eye drops, specialty soft contact lenses and spectacle lenses, as well as orthokeratology lenses to manage progressive myopia. He is also therapeutically qualified meaning he can manage your eye emergencies in a pinch! Over the years in the industry, Terence has also honed his skills in optical dispensing and lens edging, bringing those skills from laboratory into practice. This means your glasses will be made to fit you perfectly and in a timely manner.

Allan believes that if you look better, you will feel better. And his job at Alter Eyewear is to help you see better. Using the latest technology in eyecare, vision testing is more accurate than ever, and ocular disease detection such as cataract, macular degeneration and glaucoma, can now be more easily detected during the course of a routine eye examination. Allan travels to the various optical shows around the world, to ensure that he is ahead of the game when it comes to eyewear fashion. He has successfully introduced many lines into the country that were previously unknown here, always striving to bring the latest trends, ensuring his clients look sharp. Commencing practice in Bondi Junction in 1986, Allan has been a local identity, first in medical centers, then at the eponymous Katzeyes on the corner of Spring and Bronte from 1999 to 2019. After selling Katzeyes to the corporate entity, George and Matilda in 2017, Allan remained there for 2 years, then, worked part time in various locations, before deciding to return “home” to Bondi Junction, to continue doing what he loves most, viz. supplying exquisitely colorful quality frames
