Dr Teng is a full scope practice optometrist, who values comprehensive eye examinations and evidence-based treatments, including the use of scheduled medicines.
Graduating from the prestigious University of New South Wales with honours in 2016, he has worked in a wide range of settings. Areas of interest include children testing/screening at schools, advanced contact lens fitting (ortho-K, keratoconus), post-operative care with ophthalmologist (cataracts, glaucoma, laser-refractive), dry eye treatment (BlephEx, IPL, Meibomian gland expression) and aboriginal medical service visits. He has extensive experience with ocular foreign body removals, having done visitation work in regional-rural Australia.
Tony is dedicated in providing the highest level of care to his patients, ensuring they are looked after with clear communication. Outside of work, Tony enjoys playing tennis on weekends, catching waves and spending time with his family and friends.
