  • Leah completed her optometry degree with honours at QUT in 2009, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics, which allows her to prescribe ocular medications. In 2016, Leah became part of the QLD Children’s Hospital Optometry Alignment Program, and began working at the QLD Children’s Hospital in 2019 in the ophthalmology outpatients department. Following that, Leah began supervising optometry students at the QUT Optometry Clinic. In 2020, Leah completed her Professional Certificate in Paediatric Eyecare through Ulster University, UK. She recently became part of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Optometry Alignment Program. Leah joined Eyefix in early 2023 and fell in love with the practice immediately. Leah spends her free time at the beach with her two young children and husband, or watching the AFL!
