Damien De Monte

Subscriber Profile DescriptionDamien studied at QUT and completed his Bachelor Degree in Optometry in 2002. After graduating, he worked in private practice on the Gold Coast for three years before joining the team at Da Rin Optometrist in 2005. Damien’s professional interests include children’s vision, orthokeratology and also the diagnosis and management of red eye. In 2009 Damien completed his Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics to allow him to better manage eye infections, inflammatory conditions and glaucoma. He is also a member of the Optometrists Association of Australia. Outside of work Damien and his wife have 3 children and he has a keen interest in most sports.
