Robert graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science in Optometry in 1990 when he was 20. Having grown up in Mount Gambier, he took the opportunity to return to his family home and has worked in the area since graduation. With over 35 years of experience, Robert has built his reputation by his caring and empathetic approach to his work and enjoys the relationships he has built with his patients over the years. He is married to Monique and has one daughter, Fauve. Monique and Robert are passionate about animal welfare and have adopted many rescue animals as pets over the years as well as supporting multiple animal charities both locally and internationally. Outside of work, he is a keen follower of many sports with his favorite sporting team being Everton Football Club in the English Premier League. He also has a keen interest in thoroughbred and harness racing and holds a membership at the Victorian Racing Club where he has been a regular attendee at the Spring carnival over the years.

Hamish studied at Flinders University in Adelaide where he graduated with Bachelor of Health Sciences (Vision Science) / Master of Optometry 2023, he was also recognized with the Rural and Remote Clinical Optometry Award for his contribution to outreach work and rural placements. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit through long distance running, socializing with friends and supporting the Richmond Tigers.

Nga has qualifications in optometry and orthoptics. She is passionate about providing high-quality eye care for people of all ages. Having worked alongside ophthalmologists in both public and private sectors, she has developed a range of clinical experience helping patients navigate their eye health with confidence and care. Outside of work, Nga enjoys spending time outdoors with her fluffy dog, Leo, who happily shares her love for adventures and puzzles.

Hayley Greenfield is a therapeutically endorsed Optometrist who graduated from Deakin University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry.

Trained and graduated from Deakin University Geelong. Enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
