Prior to joining our practice in 2018, Monica worked as an optometrist across various locations throughout Australia, gaining extensive clinical experience and exposure. She has particular expertise in myopia control, including Ortho-K, contact lens fitting, and the management of anterior eye disease. As a proud Balwyn local, Monica is passionate about providing personalised, high-quality eye care to both new and existing patients within the community.

Sue has been a long-standing and highly valued member of our team. She has a particular interest in the aging eye and extensive experience managing conditions such as macular degeneration, cataracts, and glaucoma. Sue also has a strong interest in adult-onset binocular vision disorders and dry eye disease, allowing her to provide comprehensive and personalised care across a wide range of visual needs.

Eevon has been a valued member of our team since 2019. As a therapeutically endorsed optometrist, she provides comprehensive primary eye care to patients of all ages. She has a particular passion for children’s vision, including myopia management, and has developed extensive expertise in contact lens fitting and dry eye treatment. Eevon’s warm and approachable manner, combined with her thorough clinical care, makes her a trusted practitioner for both families and individuals.
