With over 12 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Purnima is a dedicated clinician with a focus on cardiopulmonary, post-operative, and geriatric rehabilitation. She completed her Master’s degree in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in 2012 and has since built a diverse career across clinical settings in India, the UAE, and Australia. During her time in the UAE, Purnima worked with clients with varied needs, including children with cerebral palsy and autism. Now based in Australia, she practices in both aged care and private settings, with particular interests in fall prevention, injury management, pulmonary rehabilitation, and women’s health. Her career has also included roles as both a clinician and educator in hospitals and academic institutions. Purnima is passionate about empowering individuals to regain function and improve their quality of life through evidence-based care.

Saili is a physiotherapist with more than nine years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India and postgraduate qualifications in Exercise Physiology from New Zealand. Saili has worked in aged care for almost six years and provides physiotherapy services in areas such as falls prevention, pain management, and tailored exercise programs to support healthy ageing. She is also a certified manual therapist and has a particular interest in musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular, pulmonary, cardiac, and geriatric rehabilitation. Saili is also available for home visits in Goulburn, Marulan, and surrounding regions to support clients who are unable to travel or who prefer easier access to physiotherapy services. Outside of her clinical work, Saili enjoys dancing, painting, and spending time with animals

Nitish is a physiotherapist with more than 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and sports rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences from New Zealand. For over eight years, he has been providing physiotherapy services in Australia across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Goulburn, and Canberra regions, in clinics, homes, and community settings. He has worked in consulting roles at various medical centres, and in aged care facilities. His clinical practice includes post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and the management of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Nitish develops personalised treatment plans based on each client’s goals and needs In addition to his clinical work, Nitish has published research in aged care rehabilitation and exercise science. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, animal care, and community health initiatives. His commitment to ongoing professional development underpins his physiotherapy practice.

Will is a recently graduated Exercise Physiologist, having completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2025. During his studies, he developed a strong passion for helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through evidence-based exercise prescription and education. Will also works at Isodynamics Reviver in Southern Sydney, where he delivers services to clients under Aged Care and the NDIS. In this role, he conducts assessments, designs tailored exercise programs, and supports clients in building sustainable habits outside of the clinic. He has experience working with individuals with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis. In addition, Will has gained experience in managing musculoskeletal injuries within sports settings and through the Workers Compensation scheme, following his university placements. Will is committed to ongoing professional development and continually seeks to expand his knowledge to provide the highest standard of care.
