With a lifelong background in baseball and soccer, Aaron developed a strong interest in physiotherapy through his early exposure to strength training. Years of firsthand experience managing his own sporting and gym-related injuries shaped his practical, results-driven approach to rehabilitation.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he worked as a Personal Trainer, giving him a solid foundation in strength and conditioning principles. He integrates this experience with evidence-based physiotherapy to help patients recover from injury, build resilience, and return to performance with confidence. His focus is not only on rehabilitation but on long-term health, strength, and sustainable progress.
