Pablo is a Hills District local and a passionate physiotherapist who loves helping people move with confidence and live free from pain. With extensive experience in both sports and private practice, Pablo previously owned a clinic in Buenos Aires and worked with the Argentine Rugby Association (Los Pumas). He has a special interest in helping people with neck, back, and lower limb pain, as well as shoulder injuries — whether it’s from sport, work, or daily life. Pablo’s background in rugby has given him great insight into managing shoulder problems, including rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder. When he’s not treating patients, Pablo runs our Balance and Falls Prevention Classes, helping people improve their stability, strength, and confidence in movement.

Hi I am Sandra. I studied my undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at Cumberland College of Health Sciences (which was a part of the University of Sydney) and graduated back in 1986. I started Glenhaven Physio in 1991 when I moved to the Hills District, following stints working at The Australian Institute of Sport and Launceston Sports Injury Clinic. I have worked at The University of Sydney tutoring physio undergraduates in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and currently I mentor/ supervise students from Australian Catholic University. My background until 2010 focused mainly on Sports Physio and expertise in treating injuries to the knee, ankle shoulder and spine – looking after weekend warriors, elite/professional athletes and really anyone who has hurt themselves in any way. Along the way I gained terrific network and work in close alignment with Sports Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Radiologists and other specialities to call upon when necessary. Since then I have exchanged my involvement with sporting teams to concentrate on being an excellent community based physio with special interests in treating older knees, hips and shoulders, frozen shoulders, bursitis, jaw joint (temporomandibular joint or TMJ) dysfunction and headache (using Watson Headache Approach). I live locally so can be often found in a cafe in Dural or Castle Hill or out walking our new puppy Rafa.
