Having spent 12 years as a competitive swimmer and later becoming an avid mountain biker, I’ve experienced my fair share of shoulder, lower back, and knee injuries. Through my own recovery journey and many visits to physiotherapists over the years, I developed a genuine passion for helping others overcome pain and injury. As a physiotherapist, one of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the moment a patient realises they are moving more freely, feeling less pain, or have finally returned to doing the things they love. Seeing my patients’ joy and appreciation is what makes this work so rewarding.

Growing up I was very physically active and enjoyed playing many sports and dancing. Throughout this, I saw my friends receive physiotherapy treatment for the injuries they had, and how much love and attention the physiotherapist gave them. It inspired me from a young age to pursue a career in which I can provide care for those who need it to live their life to the fullest. It tied well with my curiosity to learn new experiences and cultures by meeting different people. Becoming a physiotherapist allowed me to blend what I value most and I hope to make a difference for everyone that I meet.
