Julian is a physio who trains. As a competitive natural bodybuilder, he knows gym injuries firsthand and focuses on shoulder, back and knee pain in people who lift. He's the head physiotherapist for Fraser Park FC (NPL2) and has a strong strength and conditioning background. If you want to get back to training without losing progress, Julian will explain exactly what's going on and map out a structured plan to get you there. Master of Physiotherapy (University of Sydney), Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (UTS). Based at Marrickville.
