Charmaine is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in private practice. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and has worked across a broad range of physiotherapy settings, including cardiorespiratory, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, general medicine and cardiothoracic care. It was through these experiences that she discovered her passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and helping people overcome pain and injury to return to the activities they enjoy.
Committed to providing the highest standard of care, Charmaine furthered her education by completing a Master of Physiotherapy with a specialisation in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, earning the prestigious designation of APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She combines advanced clinical knowledge with a personalised, evidence-based approach to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
Charmaine has a particular interest in treating cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine conditions, chronic and complex musculoskeletal presentations, and gym-related injuries. She enjoys working closely with her patients to identify the underlying drivers of their symptoms and develop tailored treatment plans that support long-term recovery and optimal function.
