Nathan Duguid is a Senior Physiotherapist at Jordan Springs who first connected with The Healthy Body Company as a patient while attending St Dominic’s College. After graduating in 2013 with outstanding HSC results, he received an academic excellence scholarship to Western Sydney University, where he completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy with distinction.
During his studies, Nathan earned recognition through the UWS Aspire Leadership Program and the School of Science & Health Dean’s Merit List in 2014 and 2017.
Nathan has worked with athletes across touch football, rugby league, softball, netball, AFL, rugby union, triathlon and trail running, including Regional, State and Australian-level teams. He is also passionate about strength training and representative touch football.
Nathan believes physiotherapy should be a partnership between therapist and patient, combining evidence-based treatment with education to support long-term health and injury prevention. He is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA), and holds certifications in Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, and Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching.
