Martin is a passionate physiotherapist and a valued member of the Mount Annan team. His interest in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation is strongly shaped by his own experience in the gym, where he has spent many years training in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Having managed several injuries himself, Martin understands the physical and mental challenges that come with being sidelined from training. He has a particular interest in treating gym-based injuries and enjoys helping people return to lifting with confidence. Martin believes in empowering his patients to build strength safely and sustainably, with a strong focus on long-term physical health and longevity. Before studying physiotherapy, Martin completed a year of Exercise Physiology. While he valued the exercise-based approach, he wanted to develop stronger diagnostic skills and incorporate hands-on treatment alongside rehabilitation exercise to achieve the best outcomes. Becoming a physiotherapist has allowed him to support patients from their first assessment through to full recovery, as a first point-of-contact practitioner. Martin graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
