Hi – I’m Andy, and it’s a pleasure to meet you!
I became a Physiotherapist because I could not understand why my own body was becoming sore and achy. I had aches in my knees after City2Surf and Zumba, a nagging shoulder pain after sitting at a desk for too long, and the occasional stiff neck after waking up. And I wasn’t even 30 yet!
So I pursued my interests in the human body and how things worked – I had to know why this was happening and how to fix it!
After eventually fixing my own chronic issues that I’ve suffered with for a long time, my next mission was to help others do the same. As a Physiotherapist, my number one priority is to understand your concerns and to guide you to the path of recovery.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people reach their health goals by using effective evidence-based treatments and hands-on techniques.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been injured at work, a recreational athlete, a young parent, or older adult. If you’re absolutely committed to achieving your health goals and return back to the things you love, I’m here to help you get there.
Whenever I’m not working in the clinic, I spend my time learning how to play the piano, enjoy karaoke and Zumba, and tidy up with Marie Kondo – things that “spark joy” for me!
