He loves combining exercise and a range of other modalities in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. A keen interest in anatomy and how the body functions, as well as the satisfaction of helping people is how Sam found himself wanting to become a physiotherapist. Sam has a love for playing sport, and still fills his weekends with competitive rugby union and cricket. In his spare time, you might find Sam out for a run, watching more sport or gaming. He loves to keep a great balance between his work and social life, and finds maintaining his physical and mental health not only necessary, but enjoyable.
