Julia is a Physiotherapist based at our Caringbah clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University.
Positive, passionate, and dedicated, Julia takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment. She has always been fascinated by how the body works and enjoys deepening her understanding of various conditions and how they impact people.
Her desire to support individuals with personalised, targeted care is what led her to join The Healthy Body Company. Julia believes in a hands-on approach to reduce pain and improve function, complemented by tailored exercise programs and education that empowers her clients to achieve their best possible health outcomes.
Julia grew up surrounded by sport, which sparked her love of movement from an early age. She continues to enjoy playing soccer and staying active in the community.
She believes exercise should have a place in everyone’s life—not only for building strength and mobility but also for supporting mental wellbeing. She enjoys encouraging others to find forms of movement that feel enjoyable and sustainable for them.
Julia has a strong interest in helping people manage osteoarthritis, guiding clients through post-operative rehabilitation, and treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction. She also enjoys working at sporting events, where she can assist athletes in real time.
