Lachlan was born in Sydney and raised in the Central West of NSW, he is a dual qualified Physiotherapist, having completed a Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science prior. He has a playing background in a wide variety of sports such as swimming, cricket, rugby union and league. Today Lachlan remains active in the gym, golfing, cycling and swimming.
Lachlan has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, having completed:
- APA Dry Needling (2026)
- Lyn Watson Level 1 Shoulder Course (2025)
- Anterior Hip and Groin Pain Course (2025)
- Certified Reformer Pilates Course (2024)
As well as these, Lachlan has completed short courses in Ankle Sprains, Anterior Knee Pain, Hamstring Strain, Groin Pain, Shoulder Instability, Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome, Knee Osteoarthritis, Lower Back Pain, Chronic Neck Pain and an Ankle Masterclass.
Lachlan is passionate about helping people move more efficiently to achieve their goals. He is deeply committed to providing his clients with high-quality care to overcome injuries or persistent pain. Lachlan takes a holistic approach, working closely with each individual to support their physical health, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
