Liam is a passionate and highly qualified Exercise Physiologist, graduating with First Class Honours from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has a personal and professional interest in metabolic health, cardiac rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal recovery ,shaped by his own experience living with Type 1 diabetes and a lifelong love for sport, including hockey, tennis, and soccer growing up in Far North Coast NSW.
Liam’s approach is centered on empowering each client to feel confident, supported, and motivated through every stage of their health journey. His sessions focus not just on exercise, but on helping you build lasting autonomy and a positive mindset around movement.
