Millie completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Curtin University. Millie has experience working across a variety of sporting environments. She has worked as a Sports Trainer with East Perth Football Club, Wanneroo Rugby Club, and North Beach Football Club, supporting athletes with injury management and rehabilitation. Millie takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, considering the whole person rather than just the injury. She values understanding each client’s lifestyle and goals to deliver tailored treatment and exercise programs that support long-term recovery and injury prevention.
With a background in gymnastics, diving and netball, Millie has developed a strong appreciation for movement control and quality. This has shaped her approach to physiotherapy, with a focus on helping clients move with confidence and control.
Outside of work Millie enjoys Pilates and going to the gym. She incorporates these principles into her treatment and exercise programs to support long-term strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
