If you're experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, stress, workplace challenges or significant life changes, Mark provides evidence-based psychological therapy and assessment for adolescents and adults in a supportive and collaborative environment. Mark also provides adult ADHD and psychological assessments, including diagnostic clarification, comprehensive psychological reports and practical recommendations. If you're unsure whether therapy or an assessment is the right next step, Mark can help you determine the most appropriate pathway. With more than 10 years' experience across private practice, hospitals, community, disability, correctional and telehealth settings, Mark provides practical, evidence-based care tailored to each person's goals. Therapy may draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy and Reminiscence Therapy, depending on each person's needs. Appointments are available through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS (where appropriate), EAP, insurer-funded and private referrals. No GP referral is required for private appointments.
