Nitish Mathew

Nitish is a physiotherapist with more than 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and sports rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences from New Zealand. For over eight years, he has been providing physiotherapy services in Australia across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Goulburn, and Canberra regions, in clinics, homes, and community settings. He has worked in consulting roles at various medical centres, and in aged care facilities. His clinical practice includes post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and the management of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
