Marie Troja is a physiotherapist with a background in both sport science and clinical physiotherapy. She completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Southern Cross University in 2021, followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in 2024. Before physiotherapy, Marie competed as a professional surfer on the international qualifying tour — an experience that gave her deep insight into injury, rehabilitation and the physical and psychological demands of returning to peak performance. This informs how she works with every patient. Marie has published peer-reviewed research in sports science. She consults from the Cabarita clinic.
