  • Sport has always been a part of Steph Winchester’s life and she grew up playing multiple sports including netball, soccer, and basketball and she continues to play touch football at a representative level. With this involvement in sport Steph developed a keen interest in injury prevention and management. Steph Winchester graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014 from the Australian Catholic University. Steph joined our Caringbah team after working in a large private practice for several years treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Steph thrives on helping her patients reach their full potential and has wide experience in treating both an athletic and general population. She utilises a hands-on and exercise–based approach to treatment, centred around the most recent evidence. Steph is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has completed post qualification training in the following areas: Sports Level 1 2016 The Sporting Spine Course Dr. Peter Malliaris Lower Limb Tendinopathy Course APPI Matwork And Equipment Pilates Level 1 The Pregnant Pelvis A career highlight for Steph was the opportunity to travel with the Australian Touch Football teams to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Nottingham, England for the Touch Football World cups.
