Amy Haddock is the lead physiotherapist and founder of Leap Back Physio. She has over 25 years experience working as a physiotherapist with a focus on sports injuries and management. She graduated from La Trobe University as a physiotherapist in 1999 and has worked in both the public and private settings in the UK and Australia. Amy’s additional training includes needling, Pilates, hydrotherapy and TMJ. She is also a titled sports and exercise physiotherapist.
Amy’s philosophy is to be able to assist all patients towards achieving their goals, whether that be rehabilitating from an injury, going back to the gym, playing in a grand final or maintaining a fitness program. She has a strong focus on evidenced based practice using manual therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation.
Throughout her career Amy has had experience as a physiotherapist for multiple sports teams including AFL, soccer, rugby, tennis, swimming and cricket. Amy has experience treating all ages from school aged up to elderly patients. She takes a problem solving, multi-faceted approach to any injury and looks forward to helping you leap back to your ultimate goal.
