Sarah Milliken is a physiotherapist from New Zealand where she graduated from the University of Otago in 2021. Since then, Sarah has completed post-graduate education in rehabilitation, focusing on therapeutic exercise and concussion rehabilitation. Sarah has worked in private practice, in private hospitals and onsite at workplaces across NZ and Australia. Sarah believes in patient-centred holistic care tailored to your goals, whether that be returning to the sports field, rehabilitating from an injury or improving your quality of life. She uses her manual therapy experience in conjunction with targeted exercise rehabilitation to help you achieve your goals. Over her career, Sarah has experience working with multiple sports teams across various disciplines including men’s football and women’s and men’s rugby union. She enjoys managing a range of musculoskeletal and sports conditions, with a particular interest in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. In her spare time, Sarah plays netball, runs half marathons and is currently training for a triathlon.

Yuen Man ( Brenda) Tsang

Brenda (Yuen Man) Tsang brings a wealth of physiotherapy experience from Hong Kong where she graduated from University in 2003. Since then, Brenda has worked in both the private and public hospital and outpatient settings, as well as running her own clinic incorporating physiotherapy and acupuncture alongside Chinese Medicine. Brenda is a strong believer in hands on therapy and has a keen interest in postural alignment and muscle retraining. She believes the best treatment for relieving clients of their pain is the combination of techniques such as hands on therapy, dry needling, exercise or Pilates rehabilitation. Brenda is a certified Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise trainer and is also qualified in dry needling. Brenda is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is happy to converse in any of these languages. In her leisure time, She enjoys practicing yoga, meditation and hiking. Amy Haddock

Amy Haddock is the lead physiotherapist and founder of Leap Back Physio. She has over 25 years experience working as a physiotherapist with a focus on sports injuries and management. She graduated from La Trobe University as a physiotherapist in 1999 and has worked in both the public and private settings in the UK and Australia. Amy’s additional training includes needling, Pilates, hydrotherapy and TMJ. She is also a titled sports and exercise physiotherapist. Amy’s philosophy is to be able to assist all patients towards achieving their goals, whether that be rehabilitating from an injury, going back to the gym, playing in a grand final or maintaining a fitness program. She has a strong focus on evidenced based practice using manual therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation. Throughout her career Amy has had experience as a physiotherapist for multiple sports teams including AFL, soccer, rugby, tennis, swimming and cricket. Amy has experience treating all ages from school aged up to elderly patients. She takes a problem solving, multi-faceted approach to any injury and looks forward to helping you leap back to your ultimate goal.
