Kelly Laing brings over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in the management of musculoskeletal injuries. With a strong focus on treating neck and back pain, Kelly has undergone extensive post-graduate training to become a McKenzie Credentialled Therapist. Her approach emphasizes patient education and self-management strategies, empowering her clients to take control of their recovery and improve their long-term health. This skillset enables Kelly to not only help people recover with acute neck and back pain, but she excels in helping chronic pain patients and those that aren’t progressing with other treatment approaches.
In addition, Kelly also has extensive experience and is passionate about teaching Pilates and Clinical Exercise classes. She has helped people of all ages, and in particular Over 60’s exercise classes, where she enjoys helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall strength and conditioning.
Outside of work, Kelly is a busy mum of two and loves spending time traveling and embarking on outdoor adventures with her family.
