Beth has completed advanced training in headache and migraine care, vestibular rehabilitation and TMJ-related presentations, and works with patients using a tailored mix of hands-on care, education, lifestyle advice and rehabilitation exercises. Her interest in headache and migraine care is personal as well as professional. After experiencing chronic daily headaches and migraine herself, Beth developed a strong interest in understanding how different health factors can contribute to ongoing symptoms and how treatment can be tailored to the individual. Today, she supports patients experiencing persistent and complex presentations including headache, migraine, BPPV, post-concussion syndrome, whiplash, chronic neck pain and TMJ/jaw pain. Beth takes an individualised approach to care that considers the person, their symptoms and the factors that may be contributing to their presentation. Depending on the patient’s needs, Beth may incorporate hands-on osteopathic treatment, posture and ergonomic advice, sleep education, stress management strategies, lifestyle advice and rehabilitation exercises as part of care. Beth is also a Certified Watson Headache Practitioner Level 3 and holds an International Vestibular Rehabilitation Certificate. Alongside clinical practice, she has contributed to practitioner education, webinars and conference presentations, and has also worked as a Supervising Clinician at the RMIT Student Health Clinic.
