Simone's keen interest in the biomechanics of the body and sporting injuries, especially those of the shoulder and knee, has led her to pursue a career as a Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Her expertise has led to multiple appointments within the sporting community including Australian and Victorian Hockey Teams, and Carlton AFLW Football Club. But more recently Simone can be found treating aerial and circus artists of differing levels.
Further to completing her Physiotherapy Undergraduate Degree at the University of Melbourne, Simone has completed a double Masters of Sports Physiotherapy and Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, both of which has allowed for APA Titling as recognition of her commitment to the profession.
Simone’s unique skill-set allows for accurate patient diagnosis and rehabilitation back to all levels of performance, with her passion for improving patient treatment outcomes, performance and quality of life being second to none. Her strong background in strength and conditioning and manual therapy, allows for a quick patient return to high level performance.
