  • Sam is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist practicing out of both Footscray and Port Melbourne. His clinical expertise encompasses a diverse range of populations and conditions. He has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as clients managing neurological conditions, musculoskeletal issues such as arthritis, osteopenia/osteoporosis, and chronic pain. He is also well-versed in supporting NDIS participants, recognising that each person has a unique story and set of challenges. Sam is passionate about supporting individuals on their health journeys by creating a safe and supportive space where they can feel comfortable and empowered. Through evidence-based exercise interventions and a compassionate approach, he aims to enhance his clients' quality of life and well-being.
