Nathan Gravina is a Senior Myotherapist at Premier Sports & Spinal Medicine in Thornbury and Brunswick with more than 15 years of experience helping people manage pain, improve movement and return to the activities they enjoy.
Nathan has a clinical interest in headaches, neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, lower back and hip pain, and sports injuries. He takes a practical and supportive approach to care, combining hands-on myotherapy treatment with personalised exercise prescription to support pain relief, movement and long-term function.
Throughout his career, Nathan has worked with a wide range of patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, sporting injuries and movement-related concerns. He enjoys helping people better understand their condition and building tailored treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term physical health.
Depending on the individual presentation and assessment findings, Nathan’s treatment approach may include trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation and exercise-based rehabilitation strategies. His goal is to help patients reduce pain, improve function and feel more confident returning to sport, work and everyday activities.
Nathan places strong importance on building good rapport with each patient and creating a supportive treatment environment where people feel listened to throughout their recovery process.
