Jan Sher is a dedicated Physiotherapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience, having begun his professional career in February 2016. Over the past decade, he has developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, post-surgical recovery, functional rehabilitation, and advanced manual therapy.
He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Lahore. He has also undertaken advanced professional training in clinical assessment, movement science, manual therapy, evidence-based rehabilitation, and private practice, enabling him to deliver modern, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
Jan is recognised for his calm communication style, strong clinical reasoning, and personalised approach to rehabilitation. His treatment philosophy combines hands-on manual therapy, functional movement retraining, structured exercise therapy, strength and conditioning principles, and patient education to achieve long-lasting outcomes.
