Musculoskeletal and Sports, Young Athletes, Gymnastics and Dance Caitlyn completed a Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University, following an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. With a background in competitive gymnastics, she has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries across a wide range of levels from recreational to elite. Caitlyn is passionate about helping clients return to their everyday activities and sport safely and stronger than before, using an exercise-based and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation. She enjoys working with both active individuals and the general population, and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and developing athletes with injury prevention and early management to promote long-term, healthy movement. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Caitlyn teaching reformer Pilates, training at the gym, or catching up with friends over coffee (always a skinny cappuccino, even on hot days!). Liam Crowley

Musculoskeletal and Sports, Injury Rehab, Dizziness/Vertigo. Liam studied Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury, where he graduated with Class 1 Honours. Since then, Liam has worked in sports medicine and multidisciplinary clinics around Melbourne, and is now the director of Peninsula Performance Physio. Liam has been heavily involved in strength sports, competing in both CrossFit and Weightlifting, which have become a huge passion. Outside of work, Liam spends his weekends with his young family, drinking a lot of coffee, and of course, training! Liam has also been active in physiotherapy research with Monash University. He has presented his research internationally, and his work has been presented at Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) Conferences. He has multiple publications in scientific journals, which can be found on the research page under the ‘Physio’ tab.
